To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Please Note:

  • The order confirmation email will be sent when you purchased.
  • The shipping confirmation email will be sent when we updated the tracking number, please click the “VIEW THE ORDER” and then you will see all your order information.

Order information may not appear in the tracking system until shipment, so sometimes it may show you “Tracking does not exist.” Please wait 24 – 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email to track your shipment. You can also send us your order number so we can chase this up for you.

Order information generally becomes available 24 hours after you place the order.
